Distances between Split and European destinations:

Frankfurt 993 km
Munich 639 km
Vienna 521 km
Venice 391 km
Budapest 488 km
Prague 746 km
Stockholm 1763 km
Zagreb 256 km

By sea

Croatia’s largest international port is at Split. The port at Split provides passenger and car transport to and from the Dalmatian islands, as well as international services to Italy and it has a cruise ship terminal. From Split there are opportunities to island hop on one of the fast ferries to the neighbouring islands.

In 2005 3.4 million passengers came through Split, an increase of 1.4 million since 2000.

The alternative is to cruise into the marina at Korenat Point by yacht or motor cruiser.
